Very friendly and courteous staff. . . The choice and quality of breakfast dishes was excellent. Very nice and quiet courtyard. We responded quickly to concerns.

Location: fantastic, near to cinema and everything, multiple restaurants, bars, cinema, bowling center and shops, McDonald's, bars, supermarkets. Besides, excellent for visiting Portomaso Marina. Nicely furnished, extremely pleasant room with a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious shower and a Jacuzzi bath.

The hotel is located in the city center. Everywhere is close and convenient to reach. Great pool, especially for families with small children.

The shower doors are leaking water. After the shower, huge puddles form. There's a construction site next to the hotel and it's very noisy during the day.

Great value for money and brand-new unit with balcony, helpful staff.

The hotel as a whole is getting a little old. Has minor defects, cracked tiles, partly heavy doors, etc... But that's no reason to be dissatisfied.

The hotel met standards, I would definitely return. Everything was really good and rooms were panoramic and airy. The restaurant here was very nice which offers a Mediterranean Fusion menu, I both ordered savoury dishes.

A good stay with warm staff

Woke up to a scrumptious breakfast spread each morning! The staff were great, especially Katerina.

The indoor pool was disappointingly cold as we had planned. Our room also faced some issues with inconsistent air conditioning.

The staff were trying very hard to make up for the short comings from the hotel facilities.

The rooms had a smell of dampness and the location of the hotel was in the busiest night spot in Malta. You would probably enjoy this if you were a teenager, however at our age it was a bit too much to bear.

The fee upgrade to a junior suite, the friendliness of the staff upon arrival

The overall impression given by the hotel is not the one of a 5 stars, from the bed and furnitures of the room to the various common spaces and pools. It looks more like a 4 stars or a very good 3 stars.

A very nice sea-side restaurant Paranga.

The room really smells - that wet sort of smell embeded in the old sea-side hotels. Very annoying.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a short stay on Malta, the staff is friendly and helpfull, wifi coverage and internet in the hotel is good, the pool on the roof tarrace is great, breakfast has a wide choice and of good quality. Comfort of room is ok.

The room we were in (514) had a damp smell to it, and had mould in various places. There is no alternative for the Lift which is "presentable". You were to use the fire exits, which many staff in the hotel were not able to guide you to the correctly. The coffee served at breakfast is a different experience everytime, but never pleasant.
